I would like to review some part of education system in Netherlands.
First the Dutch way of teaching. Teaching way in the Netherlands has some of way that make the education system in Netherlands better.
a) Develop an open mind through interactive learning
The Dutch teaching style is interactive and student-centered. It focuses on teamwork, which makes it easy to meet other international students. Interaction in class is highly appreciated. You are expected to think about the knowledge that is presented to you and develop and express your own opinion. You are free to ask questions and be critical of what lecturers or fellow students say. Use your own creativity to apply your newly-gained knowledge.
d) Respect for all opinions
The Dutch teaching method is founded on respect for each individual's opinions and convictions. This mindset is not limited to education institutions, it is a national characteristic. It is the foundation for Holland's diverse and plural society.
In addition, there is Problem Based Learning System in the Netherlands. "The Netherlands has received international recognition for a ground- based problem learning system, which trains student to analyze and solve practical problems independently. The problem based learning system places emphasis on independent study and self-discipline with most all study programs dedicated to writing papers, working in groups to analyze and solve certain problems, gain practical work experience through internships, and conduct experiments in the laboratory.

The education system in the Netherlands is very different from the education system known in Asia, America, even in most parts Europe. One of the differences in the education system in the Netherlands is the occupation that has started since education in the elementary school by taking into consideration the interest and academic skills of the student who is concerned.

2. Education system in Indonesia
Education system in Indonesia reference by Undang-Undang Dasar No. 20 tahun 2003 about sistem Pendidikan Nasional (National Education System). Education system and all about education it contains in Undang-Undang. I would like to review about the teaching way and school system in Indonesia only.First, the teaching way of education system in Indonesia.
Teaching way of education always change follow the curriculum of Indonesia. Actually, teaching way in Indonesia has the similar with Dutch teaching way.
a) Develop an open mind through interactive learning.
In this era, the way of teaching develop an open mind through interactive learning already using in teaching education in every school. But, may be the way not already to run well.
b) Teamwork
This way already using in teaching education in the class. Kurtilas (Kurikulum 2013) has a plan to make student can learn in the teamwork and it will make student usually with this way.
c) Interaction in class
Actually since there is Kurtilas, student have already to learn actively in the classroom. Student have to do an interaction in the class with teacher or their friends. Learning in Kurtilas prioritize to student. So, student should to be active in learning process. Teacher only as a facilitator.
d) Respect for all opinions
for this way I think every school have to use it because respect for all opinions not only for learning process, but also in all aspects. So, respect for all opinions exactly found in every learning process in Indonesia.
Second, school system in Indonesia.
Indonesia has school system that divided into three main course. Formal education, Nonformal education, and Informal education.
1) Formal education
Formal education is an education held in school in general. This educational lifeline has clear education, beginning with basic education, middle education, until higher education. Example of formal education is Kindergarten, Elementary school, Junior High school, Senior high school, and Unviersity.
2) Nonformal education
Nonformal education is found at an early age, and basic education, is a TPA, or a quran education park, which has many in every mosque and Sunday school, which is found in all churches.
3) Informal education
Informal education is a family education path and a self-guiding, self-sustaining environmentof learning and responsibilty. Example of this education is homeschholing.
We can conclude that every country has the different education system in their country. Indonesia and Netherlands also have the different in education system, but sometimes also have the similarity in some aspect.
